This may also cause very slight variances in stone shape, gram weight, and color/saturation between two pieces. No two pieces of jewelry are identical, even if the items are the same design. If you have a concept in mind, please drop us a note! Sending a sketch or idea is a great way to turn your dream piece into reality using the materials and stones you love. Ani Khachian specializes in imaginative jewelry creations and will be there with you every step of the way until your idea is brought into reality.

We utilize different methods to create your design concept. This may include CAD (Computer Assisted Design) computer programs, hand drawn designs, and hand fabrication. These methods may also utilize wax models, printing, and casting.

We will go through a step-by-step process to confirm the end design with you. This will ensure you get a design you are fully satisfied with.

The process is as follows:

Consultation. We offer in-person consultations, Zoom consultations, or whichever method you prefer. We offer our services worldwide and want to make it as convenient as possible for you.

Sketches. These are hand-drawn designs that are in the initial stages of the jewelry design. Sketches take anywhere between 2-5 days, and we will notify you when they are ready for viewing.

CAD (Computer Assisted Designs). These are realistic renders of your design viewed in 3D on a computer screen, ready for printing. CAD is a vital way to perfect the dimensions and check the wearability of any design. Certain measurements will be adjusted to make a durable design that is both easy and comfortable to wear.

Wax Model. The wax model is a “real-life” model made of wax of your design before it is created. Wax models provide the last looks for the design before it is made. We will confirm your approval of the wax model before it is made and make final adjustments before your design goes into production.

Here at Ani Fine Jewelry, all the jewelry is made by Ani Khachian. Moreover, we are in this business for the past several generations and have earned a reputation to never compromising over the quality. I make for demand and do not carry inventories for selling.

Wiping your jewelry off with a soft cloth, jewelry cloth, or taking it to your local jewelry store is recommended for a professional cleaning.

Do not expose the jewelry to chlorine/pool water, cleaning chemicals, oils, body lotions, or perfume. Doing so may damage the design and other decorative elements and finishes.

We guarantee that each piece is as described. This includes the metal and stones used.

Each one of our designs is handmade. We will notify you of any changes that are made during the time the order was placed. We will send you an email with the approximate timeline of your design.

Under normal circumstances, your personalized jewelry order will be shipped out in 14 business days after the transaction has been successfully completed and your order has been processed.

For customized pieces this turnaround time may be longer, depending on varying factors.

*Please allow extra time on the arrival of your package due to current world circumstances that are out of our control.

We offer a full refund on any items 15 days from the day the item was received. The product must be unworn, brand new, and in the pristine condition/the way the item was originally shipped out. If the item shows damage or wear and tear, we have the right to refuse a full refund. If we received the item and there is an issue with the quality, we will contact you with the details provided along with the purchase.

In order to issue a refund, we need the full name, address, and reason behind the return. The return amount will go back to the original form of payment that was used to make the purchase. We do not provide cash refunds.
